UPS can deliver most in-stock items within 3-5 business days within México. For USA and Canada is around 5-8 business days. Europe 10-12 business days.

Next Day Delivery and Processing

We can arrange for 3 days delivery to most destinations within México, USA and Canada, for an extra charge of $26.00 USD ($540.00 MXN) per address. If we receive your order by 6pm Central Time Monday through Friday, you’ll receive your order the next business day; orders placed on Friday after 6pm Central Time through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

Please consider this before placing your order, because 10 days before Christmas to the USA, Canada and Europe its more likely that you won’t receive your Ornaments on time.

Note: Next Day Delivery service is not available for some White Glove Delivery, out of stock items, personalized items.

EASY RETURNS

You can return eligible item(s) within 10 days of receiving an order. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Broken Ornaments are not eligible for returns.

Because each Ornament is made by Glass, it might have happened that 1 of them can arrive broken due to UPS. We are sorry if that happens, we know the excitement to receive one of our handmade Ornaments and this could be disappointing.

If this happens, please send us a picture to our email: customerservice@thechristmascatstore.com with the number of your order so we can refund you within the next 5 days.
